Oneita Industries, Inc. (the “Company” or “Oneita”) manufactures and markets high quality activewear and infantswear. Oneita’s activewear includes T-shirts and sweatshirts for screen printing sold under the Oneita Power-T(R), Oneita Power 50 Plus(R), Oneita Power-Sweats(R) and Oneita Colorwear(R) brand names. Oneita’s infantswear includes layette and playwear sold primarily under private labels. Activewear products are marketed to the imprinted sportswear industry and to retailers and infantswear products are marketed to major retailers.
